1) An interview with a stress specialist aviation: it will seek the origin and nature of the anxiety felt at the idea of flying. The next objective is to provide a personalized strategy.
2) A meeting with the crew: the captain and his crew are available to answer all questions: how an aircraft heavier than air can fly? And if the engines fail? What is an air hole and its consequences? The turbulence are dangerous for the aircraft?
The objective of this meeting with professionals is to help familiarize themselves with the world of air. It is finally a key moment to explain why the safety, mutual control (each gesture driver or crew is verified by another team member), the management of possible failures, etc..
3) A flight simulator: it is an exact replica of a cockpit equipped with a console command for special effects. We can thus reproduced in the simulator flight turbulence, lightning, rain, much of disturbing phenomena will be analyzed, shelled, to better understand and thus mitigate concerns with the fam.
Following these three steps, participants fly easily. Follow-up is still in place on the first flights.
